With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the consumer mortgage industry, I have committed my career to serving as a trusted advocate and educator for homeowners facing financial distress. My mission is simple: to provide clear, actionable guidance and empower individuals with the options they need to avoid foreclosure and protect their homes.

FROM THE INSIDE OUT

A vast majority of my expertise was built from the inside out. I have served in Director-level management roles leading Loss Mitigation departments for major mortgage servicers such as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, New Century, and Carrington Mortgages to name a few. This corporate background gives me a deep, specialized understanding of exactly how lending institutions operate, what they look for, and how to successfully navigate their complex systems.

EDUCATION & COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Beyond corporate leadership, my work extends directly into communities across the United States. I am a frequent voice on public platforms, sharing vital consumer education through featured radio shows on platforms like KJLH (owned by Stevie Wonder) and KCEP. On KCEP, I am incredibly proud to have hosted the longest-standing #1 show dedicated to foreclosure prevention—serving as the region’s most trusted, reliable source of educational information for families navigating housing crises. I also travel nationwide to conduct community outreach campaigns and host educational seminars, breaking down complex mortgage concepts into clear, accessible choices.
